Roberto Capone 

Graduated in Economics from the Catholic University of Milan.  He is a member of the Commission of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan and a member of Nedcommunity, an association of non-executive members of corporate administration and control bodies. Since 1989 he has been a Partner of the CT&P Associate Firm. 
He carries out his professional activity in the fields of tax and corporate consultancy, M&A, appraisals and technical consultancy and corporate restructuring. 
He is currently President of the Board of Statutory Auditors of B.F. SpA, QC Terme Srl, Red Bull Srl, White Bridge Investments SpA; Statutory Auditor of Prysmian SpA and Aeroporti di Roma SpA; President of the Supervisory Body of DLVBBDO SpA, Dompè Farmaceutici SpA, Medapharma SpA, Optimum Media Group Srl, Teleflex Medical Srl.
