He has been working as an accountant since 1997 with his own firm in Ferrara: since February 2023 he has also established a company between professionals, TMC Advisory StP S.r.l. with registered office in Verona. Registered in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of the Province of Ferrara under no. 314 section A since 02/24/1997, since 1998 I have been collaborating with commercial, agricultural companies and associations, as an external consultant for the implementation of their business strategies. Since 2009 she has held the positions of Statutory Auditor and Auditor at various Commercial and Cooperative Companies as she has been registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors under number 75653 since 08/06/1999, kept by the MEF.  Since 2011 he has been working as a Mediator, as he was authorized on 03/07/2011 in compliance with the interministerial decree of 10/18/2010 n. 180 and PDG 4 November 2010. In 2012 he attended the Specialization Course on listing processes, financial analysis, risk management and corporate governance, organized by Borsa Italiana and CNDCEC. Since 2014, after having attended various specialization courses on the activities of the Supervisory Body, he has held positions as a member of the Supervisory Body. In 2017 he attended the course for Over-indebtedness Crisis Managers. Since 2021 she has held the position of Cooperative Auditor as she is registered in the Register of Cooperative Auditors at number 271, kept by MIMIT. During the course of her activity she dedicated herself above all to tax-accounting and corporate consultancy, including appraisals, sworn statements and certifications, in addition to the role of auditor, statutory auditor and member of supervisory bodies in companies and cooperatives, including credit institutions. 

Over the years it has had many institutional collaborations, some of which are still in existence. Collaborates with the company Service CNDCEC, a single-member company of the National Council of Chartered Accountants; he is a member of the anti-money laundering working group of the Regional Coordination of the Territorial Orders of Accountants (CODER); she was a member of the "Made in Italy" working group with specific reference to the agri-food area "agriculture and agro-industry" established within the business activities work area of ​​the National Council of Chartered Accountants; from 01/01/2017 to 02/28/2022 she was president of the "Business Activities" Commission established at the Order of Accountants of Ferrara with the role of coordinator of the working groups on the "Sea Economy" understood as " fishing and aquaculture" and "Made in Italy" understood as "agriculture and agro-industry" and "tourism and culture"; from 01/01/2017 to 02/28/2022 she was Councilor of the Foundation of the Order of Accountants of Ferrara; she is responsible for training of the National Association of Accountants Ferrara; 

she was an auditor from 2019 to 2021 at the Fondazione Teatro Comunale di Ferrara; from 01/01/2013 to 31/12/2016 she was a Councilor of the Order of Accountants of Ferrara; from 01/01/2013 to 12/31/2016 she was a member of the Training Commission of the Order and of the Foundation of the Order of Accountants of Ferrara; from 01/01/2013 to 31/12/2016 she was a Councilor of the Order of Accountants of Ferrara; from 01/01/2013 to 31/12/2016 she was a member of the Commission for relations with members of the Order of Accountants of Ferrara; from 01/01/2013 to 31/12/2016 he is a member of the Regional Observatory: protocol signed between the Regional Revenue Directorate and the Coordination of the Orders of Emilia Romagna; from 01/01/2013 to 12/31/2016 she was vice-president of the Equal Opportunities Commission of the Order of Accountants of Ferrara; from 2011 to 2014 she was a member of the Equal Opportunities Commission of the National Accountants' Pension Fund.
